Midwinter Acroyoga Festival

A full weekend festival of Acroyoga, partner acrobatics, dance, aerial arts and togetherness at lovely Mora Yogastudio in Mora, Sweden. Both beginners and more experienced acroyogis are invited. This is a collaboration event, meaning that there will be many different teachers. There will be parallell workshops catered to different levels and teaching different disciplines/skills. The yogastudio has two yoga shalas.

When?

Start: Saturday, January 11, 8.30

End: Sunday, January 12, 16.30

Investment for the festival: 1600 kr 

Participants under 18 years old: 1200 kr 

Discounts for teachers: 600 kr per given workshop (1,5 hs)

The times are preliminary and may change. A detailed program will be posted closer to the event. 

Acroyoga jams

There will be time for Acroyoga jam in the early afternoon 12-14.30 (one of the shalas will be open) as well as Saturday evening.

Prerequisites:

Please list your current experience/skill level in the Google doc form so we know how to plan the workshops.

About the Venue:

Address: Mora Yogastudio, Majstångsbacken 12, Mora, Sweden.

Mora Yogastudio is located in a charming, century-old school building, with two spacious yoga shalas, high ceilings (3,5 m) and large windows facing a beautiful view of the surrounding village, a lake and mountains. 

If you come by train, get off at Mora Station! The venue is 1km from the station.

Accommodation:

Hostels nearby the studio that we can recommend:

- Prinsgårdens rum.

- Kristinebergs vandrarhem.

- There is a cabin for six people nearby, suitable if you come in a group. Ask Anna

- There is also a possibility to rent a room next door for dorm accommodation. 

Food: Not included in the price. 

We may arrange food that can be paid for directly at the festival. If you would like this, please indicate it in the form.

There is a grocery store, Willys, only 5 min walking distance away. They have plenty options of premade food. At the venue, there is a (small) fridge, a microwave oven and a water boiler.

A purchased ticket is not refundable, but you can resell your ticket. Let us know the name of the buyer. They have to register by filling out the Google doc-form.
